This Privacy Policy describes how DKV Studios ("we", "us", or "our")
collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the NoCross
mobile application ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to the
practices described in this policy.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate and improve the App.
No data is collected silently or without your knowledge.
A) AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED INFORMATION
The following data is collected automatically during normal use:
- Device Information: Device model, operating system version, and
unique device identifiers (for crash reporting and compatibility).
- Gameplay Statistics: Levels completed, hints used, scores, and
in-game progress (to improve game performance and experience).
- Ad Interaction Data: Ad impressions, clicks, and engagement data
collected via Google AdMob and Unity Ads (for advertisement delivery).
- Crash Reports & Performance Data: App crash logs and performance
diagnostics collected via Google Firebase (to fix bugs and improve
stability).
B) DATA WE DO NOT COLLECT
- We do NOT collect contacts, call logs, or any broad contact data.
- We do NOT collect precise or background location data.
- We do NOT collect health or fitness data.
- We do NOT collect photos or videos from your device.
- We do NOT collect financial or payment information.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

All collected data is used solely for the following purposes:
- To improve game performance and overall user experience.
- To display advertisements (including personalized ads via AdMob
and rewarded video ads via Unity Ads).
- To analyze gameplay patterns and fix bugs or crashes.
- To maintain the accuracy of our Data Safety declarations on
Google Play, in compliance with Google Play policies.
We do NOT use your data for:
- Employment eligibility decisions.
- Insurance eligibility decisions.
- Unauthorized social sharing.
- Any purpose not explicitly stated in this policy.

3. USER CONSENT

In compliance with Google Play's April 2026 Consent Requirements:
- We will present a clear, unambiguous consent dialog before
collecting or accessing any personal or sensitive data.
- Consent requires an affirmative user action (e.g., tapping
"Accept" or ticking a checkbox).
- Navigating away from a consent screen does NOT constitute consent.
- We do NOT use auto-dismissing dialogs or expiring messages as
a means of obtaining consent.
- You may withdraw consent at any time by uninstalling the App or
contacting us at info.dkvstudios@gmail.com.

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The App integrates the following third-party services. Each service
operates under its own privacy policy. We require these services to
handle your data responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.
A) Google Firebase
- Purpose: Analytics, crash reporting, performance monitoring,
and authentication.
- Data Collected: Device identifiers, crash logs, usage events.

B) Google AdMob
- Purpose: Delivery of advertisements within the App.
- Data Collected: Ad interaction data, device identifiers,
approximate location (if permitted by the user).
- Note: Personalized ad targeting for users under 12 is

policies (updated 2025).

C) Unity Ads
- Purpose: Delivery of rewarded video advertisements.
- Data Collected: Ad interaction data, device identifiers.

All third-party SDK behaviors are cross-referenced with our
Data Safety declarations on Google Play, as required by
Google Play policy.

5. PERMISSIONS

The App requests only the permissions strictly necessary for its
functionality. We do NOT request:
- Broad contacts access (READ_CONTACTS / WRITE_CONTACTS).
- Background location or precise location.
- Access to photos, videos, or media files beyond what is
required for core gameplay.
Any sensitive permission requested will be accompanied by a clear
explanation of why it is needed, in compliance with Google Play's
sensitive permissions requirements.

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

- NoCross does not knowingly collect personal information from
children under the age of 13.
- Personalized ad targeting is NOT applied to users identified
as being under 12 years of age, in compliance with Google's
updated Families and Ads policies (2025).
- If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has
provided personal information, please contact us immediately
at info.dkvstudios@gmail.com and we will take steps to
delete that information.

7. DATA SAFETY (GOOGLE PLAY)

In compliance with Google Play's Key Privacy Principles (April 2026):
- Our Data Safety section on Google Play is kept accurate and
up-to-date, with detailed explanations of how user data is
collected, stored, and shared.
- We declare the exact types of data collected and their purposes.
- We do NOT engage in silent or hidden data collection.
- Google cross-references our Data Safety declarations with the
App's actual permissions and SDK behaviors. We ensure full
consistency between our declarations and actual practices.

8. DATA SECURITY

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your
data, including:
- Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS).
- Secure storage practices for any locally stored data.
- Restricted access to personal data within our organization.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic
storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but
are committed to using best practices to protect your information.
